Wales Watch Repairs was established in 2018 after our owner wanted to return to Wales to open his own service center. After completing a Horology degree and achieving a first-class honors and working for some luxury watch brands it seemed like all the jobs were based in London. Our owner wanted to move to North Wales and develop his skills further to be able to offer more watch and clock repairs and develop and client base.

Initially starting with direct-to-trade-only work we have since diversified into being able to offer watch and clock repairs directly to the customer. This allows us to offer a more personal service and be able to keep the customer in the loop with what is happening with their time piece.

What do we repair?

We cover a huge variety of brands including Tag Heuer, Cartier, Paneria, Breitling, Omega and Rolex. We also offer repairs on pocket watches and vintage mechanicals. Although as to be expected we can have issues getting some parts.

We are looking to expand further into clock repairs and offer our services on all types of clocks and mechanical items so please get in touch if you have anything you would like us to look at.

Are you qualified?

I got my Horology qualification in the from of a First class BA Horology degree. The unique degree allowed me to further develop my passion for repairing mechanical items and focus on the intricacies involved in Horology. The degree allowed me to gain employment with luxury watch houses as well as the knowledge needed to work on an array of watches. The course is one of a kind in the world and although formerly part of the BHI, it is now a degree in its own right.
